Additional Notes:
Though the seminar is only three days, anyone is welcome to stay longer or come out earlier. I will gladly show people around the Seattle area, and if there is enough interest, will organize some day trips in the days surrounding the event.
I will be providing transportation, and should be able to continue to do so in the days surrounding the event, but you are welcome to rent a car and I will gladly help you gather information to do so.
Depending on the number of participants, Saturday may be an open seminar day. This worked very well last time as it provided instructors with a chance to see one another in action. It allowed for discussion on teaching specific techniques and comparison of curriculum. It also gave a chance for Dojunim to critique teaching styles and give finer details as to the points instructors need to emphasize while teaching ranks and levels of ability.
If you have any questions on who is invited to attend this event also, please contact me.
Lastly, I ask your help in spreading the word about this event to our Sin Moo Hapkido family. I am sending this invitation to as many of Dojunim’s students as I can and do not wish to overlook anyone. Any information you can provide to me or by simply passing this invitation on would help immensely. Thank you again and I hope to see you all soon.
