This class will cover two major areas of throwing techniques in Sinmoo Hapkido. The first part of the class we will cover rock and blunt object throwing. The second part of the class will be sharp object throwing. Unlike many styles of knife throwing, Sinmoo Hapkido does not require specific weighted knives, but we will work on techniques that allow you to throw various objects such as knives, screw drivers, chop sticks, and whatever else isn't nailed down. If you have weapons that you work with and would like to bring them along, feel free to.
Because of the dangerous nature of these techniques, space is limited.
